CHECK LIST OR LIST OF EVERY BRITISH COIN RELEASED SINSE THE START OF QUEEN VICTORIA i am a fairly young collector and i choose to display the coins i have in a album with the coin sleeves. i was just wondering if anybody has access to a checklist or list of coins, i have started my collection at the start of queen victoria running up to present but cant find a list anywhere on the internet. i wanted to put my coins in order in my folder but needed to know were things go. thanks if anybody could help it would be GREATLY appreciated. joe

Here are a couple of references to Monarchy, order/date in which Kings and Queens ascended, Tony Clayton Site gives good information on types and dates of denominations for each Monarch and finally this site gives a glossary on decimal and Predecimal coinage linked to the Home page.
