I've found what looks like a new 5p coin but its not silver its bronze/copper still.

Anyone got any ideas if it could be worth anything?

Cheers

Jo

I don't think so, to be honest. It'll be a one off which don't generate much interest.

Either that or it's been deliberately dyed a bronze colour.

If it's a real 'off metal' strike (i.e. a 5p on the wrong blank) then it's more interesting that some other types or errors. It's worth more than 5p but unlikely to be worth more than a few pounds. Can you post pictures?
