I'm a Prefect!

Hiho chaps!

I found out a few days ago that my application and interview were successful and I'm now a prefect at my school! I think we start in a few days, when we get our badges. The prefects also get tie which differ from the normal ones but unfortunately, the company which makes them has gone bankrupt! The school has had to reorder from another company to get them I also got nominated for the position of Head Boy and I should know about that in a few days although there is very stiff competition - I think it would be unlikely that I would get it. That's all i wanted to say, oh, and I shall only use my power for good (most of the time )

wow your School has prefects? I didn't think they had those anymore, i don't think our school ever had them.

Come to think of it we didn't get a uniform till i was in the fourth year.

I remember finding old 'Prefect' badges in a cupboard in my old school. They had not been used since the 60's I think.

We had prefects at grammar school of course, but I was far too rebellious to be chosen as one. The Head Boy was simply bigger than everyone else and the Head Girl was I suspect the only girl to be guaranteed morally whiter than white. (Yes, we went co-ed in my 5th form.)

I think they have them at the grammar school I am going to go to, but they don't have them at my primary school

they have them at my grammar school, but i have never seen/met a prefect or head boy/girl for some parculier reason

in yr. 10 , i think that people have to be in yr. 12 to be prefects at my school!

I am in year 10 aswell and you have to be in yr.12 if you want to be a head girl or boy.
