1774 Halfpenny - most of the legend is over another legend?

This is a very strange coin. The doubling almost makes you dizzy when you look at it. It is only present on the legend side. Also, there is something in between each I of III... it looks like ( I know this sounds silly) small animals?? I cant get a decent scan of it to show it. The coin is a bit worn but not to the degree where you cant see the legend clearly. The pic is part of GEORGIVS.

Hi, it's a contemporary forgery but don''t despair there is still a market for them.
