Hello , My name is John and i have just joined and wondered if any one could help with my enquiry. I have a 1860 5 centime gold coin in good condition. It has the head of Napolean third stamped on it . is this a rare coin and what is it s value. I normally collect only british coins but i was given a large mixed box of Foreign coins from all different countries of which this was one. Can anyone help please ?

I would suggest any coin in gold would have Bullion Value or the weight in gold as its value, also if you can post a picture it helps other members with its identification and can also help grade it for you.

If you have a local reference library near you, and they keep a volume of KRAUSE WORLD COINS (you need the 19th Century volume), that will be a starting point, and will list value in US$.
