2009 20 pence multiple errors

Hi,Got a 2009 twenty pence with multiple errors on it,Have a look at the pics i really like lizzies george v style handlebar mustache or does she have a bad case of hayfever?

The reverse also appears to have the upsidedown 1 at the bottom i think someone else might have seen this as well?

Bit of a mess all in all dont know whats happened to the quality control at the mint nowdays

20p's have had errors like that for a fair few years, (i have some 2003's i think they were with hair lumps.)

but yea the quality of the new design coins.. are horrid.
