Couple of hammered unknowns

Was clearing out the garage today and came across 2 coins i didn't realise i had. Any of the hammered experts out there identifiy these, really have no idea what they are.

Appears to be a coin of Cleve; an important dutchy in medieval Germany. Possibly a stuber. See here: 1 Stüber 1670, Cleve

And no, I don't know anything about them. I just googled the legend!
