1986 comonwealth games boxed coin

I have recently had passed down to me a 1986 boxed coin commerating the 1986 comonwealth games on the box it has a picture of steve cram and seb coe with there printed signitures on it

realising that seb coe is now lord coe i wondered if it had any value ?

I wouldn't say the value had appreciated just because he has been given/inherited a peerage. It would appreciate fractionally on his death, however. It is probably a £2 coin - with a thistle on the back and the date above it. Worth between £3 and £6 unless it is silver whereas then it is worth about £20
