Look like Chines cash to me, although they could be Japanes or Korean

You video is too indistinct to identify them, can you post either still photos, or put them on your scaaner

i have tried a few times to upload photos but it just keeps saying the file is too large.i will try again

Ah, there is a Video Clip there. It didn't show up on my Mobile Phone. lol

Upload limit is 150kb per post, if your picture is to big then try cropping it and if thats still to big you can also resize using some form of photo editing software
