Does any one know anything about a 1965 Coin with Churchill on one side and Elizbeth II DEI GRATIA REGINA F.D. on the other. Its about 2" in diameter.

What you have is a churchill commemorative crown. If it has never been in circulation or is undamaged with full lustre then the most you can expect for it is about £2, yet it would probably sell for around 75p - £1.35
