There's a club in Mansfield I believe. And of couse one in Nottingham itself, Nottinghamshire Numismatic Society.

I would recommend joining a club if you have one local to you.

I joined my local club when I started collecting a few years ago & have learned more by talking to other members than I could ever of hoped to learn from books.
