! penny Decimal

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I would like to buy one coin for all 1 penny circulation years in UNC. I have been looking on ebay and, I am guessing, because they are so cheap most years are not available or I have to do multiple purchases and will end up paying a fortune in postage... Does anyone has for sale or knows where I can buy?

Thanks.

PA

I suggest waiting to see what people here say. Buying individual coins on ebay and having them posted to Portugal will be expensive. I myself have a fair number of pennies and I don't even collect them! None of the decimal years are rare as far as I know and any dates members here can't find, Chris (the forum and Predecimal owner) might be able to find for you.

Yes, I'm sure I could fill a few gaps. I'd have to look at what I've got, but it's probably only a small % of the full range available. I will post back when I've had a look. The easiest date is probably 1971, as this is (I think) the most common British coin of all time.
