Victorian coin/disk?

Hi all! i have this coin/disk with queen victoria's head on it, 30 diamonds around the edge, it has a smooth back and it says 18rgp.

I Hope someone can help me here.

That's a quite awful picture. Can't make much out at all, except it looks rather like a bimetallic £2. Can you take a better picture, or do a scan?

18rgp stands for 18 carat rolled gold plated. If the gold isn't real the chances are the diamonds aren't either.

As for the coin. It doesn't look like a standard Victoria bust on a coin but clearer pictures would help.
