I have a "collection" of pennies, from 1903 to 1967. some are single dates others, as an example 1967, there is about 10 kilos of. I have no idea about grading, so I would class them as used, or used and worn.If anyone is interested, I will list them fully, with photos as requested. These all were my late father-in-law's and were part of his Portobello Road market stock.

Well I really haven't a clue as to any value whatsoever. I don't know whether they are 50p each or if any are worth £'s

I have not counted these coins, but there are well over 100. I am in the process of cataloging.

The 1967s will be worth scrap value as will be most others if not in pristine condition. The world is awash with 20th century material, so unless you have won the lottery, which by definition is unlikely, then most are likely to be worth pence and not pounds.

If he/she has one of each date in decent condition then I am happy if the price is right, if he/she wants to get rid of the lot at a decent price I will also still be happy.

100 1d's weigh less than 1kg? and 99.99 x out of 100 they will be worth less than the postage.

By all means list them and picture the best of any pre 1926,

other pictures of 1932,34 1950,51 & 3 if you have them.

Are the coins loose in a box?...if they are they will be scrap.

Very true, unless there's an 1903 open 3 (1/500 of 1903s), 1909 2+E (1/800 of 1909s), 1911 Gouby X (1/150 1911s), etc. etc. lurking in there (which is highly unlikely)
