Can somebody please tell me a) the value of this coin, and B ) if it is commemorative, please...

The Coin:

1994 Italy L200 EF/GEF:

Obverse: REPUBLIC ITALIANA - writen around someone(?)'s head

Reverse: ARMA DEI CARABINIERI - writen above a pot with IR(?) on it, CLXXX and a banner saying NEI SECOLI FEDELE. 1814 L200 1994 - writen below.

It is a circulating commemorative, much like some of the 50p coins you find in the UK, issued to celebrate the 180th Anniversary of Carabinieri. Krause gives it an UNC value of US$1.35, but don't expect to get that much for it.
