As several of you have kindly pointed me in the direction of a few nice engraved coins here's a coin which I thought might be of interest to a few of you penny enthusiasts on the forum. Looks a decent grade to me - but then I am only a beginner of course!

Debbie, the copper Pennies were Plagued with die recuts, as i was told when i initially started out collecting pennies, its harder to find One that has'nt been touched up somewhere.

Apart from that, it's a lovely coin, I think. I might have a bite myself. Quite by accident I found I had a good selection of 1858 overdates so starting actively filling gaps by Gouby classification of them.
