I have a few coins I need ID help with..the first is an undated Irish halfpenny..weighs in at 5.09 grams..unsure if Token, or, non-regal, due to odd lettering......opinions always welcomed! Second coin in next post.

It's an evasion halfpenny.

I wonder if it was anything to do with the Bevois Castle pub in Southampton? It isn't the commonest of names.

I'll be darned...so they used the harp instead of britannia so-as to not get their heads cutoff, eh?
