Slightly off topic.

The latest bargain in Saturday's Mail.

1953 Jubilee Crown £24.95 or buy 4 get one free....amazing rip off.

In their mail bargains insert they were flogging aluminium business/credit card holders for £12.99+ p&p,,,nice bit of kit. However Ebay has just provided identical cases for £2.50 delivered.

It is nearly 15 years since Di died.

I might just start collecting those crowns adding a business/credit card holder and knock em out 50% cheaper at £24.

Dragons Den here I come :)

I reckon costs £1+£2.50 + post/packing handling.Advertising £10k...sell 200,000 units =outlay of £1.1m potential return £4,800,000

Churchill's 50th anniversary in 3 years time.hmmmm

Any backers from the forum?

I did email and ask if they added a zero to many as i think 800k is more realistic a price for this rarity

What's a 1953 Jubilee Crown? I thought that was a Coronation crown?
