Hi just wanted to know if this coin was mass produced and if it is worth more than it's face value. Found it in my house when i moved in!!

Well it doesn't have any face value left cos it was demonetised in 1971 when Britain went decimal.

It might be worth a few quid though, but only if it's in brilliant condition. Otherwise we're talking value in pence terms.

If the "P" in Penny points between two border teeth, the coin is quite rare. Otherwise, if the "P" points to a tooth, you have the common "low tide" variety.

Also, if there is a little dot between the "O" and "N" in "ONE" then it is rare.
