1860 Penny for identification - help! :)

Hello friends, can you help me to figure out which type of coin that is - I can not see where is LCW, perhaps because the coin with weak strike and symbols are under the shield?

Tony Clayton says 1860 penny are "1A,1B,1C,1C*,2C*,2D,2*A,2*C*,3C*,4C*,5C*"

What is this coin in your opinion? This is the link:

Looks like an F-15 with a central cut ribbon...

Obverse 4 variant with a central cut ribbon (Gouby obverse G) and a reverse D........

I don't know if the weak areas are from a weak strike or from being struck through something....
