I am passing this on to you because it definitely worked for me today, and we could all probably use more calm in our lives. Some doctor on TV this morning said the way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started. So I looked around my house to see things I'd started and hadn't finished - I have managed to finish off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Talisker, a bodle of Baileys, a butle of wum, a pockage of Prungles, tha mainder of bot Prozic and Valiuminun scriptins, the res of the chesescke an a box a chocletz. Christmas relaxation? Wife on the 3rd of 4 nights, a 4-year-old with cold, wife also with cold, me with FLU (of course), a dozen emails to sort, coins to pack, plus cooking and shopping to be done! Somewhere at the bottom of that pile of 'relaxation' are my own projects!

Notwithstanding, all the above are made doubly difficult within the confines of a caravan, with said wife sleeping, grotty son, AND me with FLU (feels like flue)!

Sat moaning in front the CBeebies and popping an occasional post up with the iPhone is comparatively easy! Using the PC and grey matter is not!
