Now that Spink have kicked thesaleroom into touch, the new Spink Live is proving impossible to download even with the latest Adobe Air. In fact it's Adobe that's doing the objecting. Anyone else having problems?

At their last coin auction Spink informed me that their SpinkLive software is down and please go to The Salesroom . This software requires unfortunately requires adobe, so unable to run from iPhone or iPad. I'm waiting to hear of an update from Spink about their own SpinkLive once back up...

It worked ok for me. Both downloaded and installed without issue (Adobe Air needs to be installed first).

I had the email earlier tonight. It's supposed to be operational now.

Interesting, desktop running Windows 7, works fine. Laptop, Windows 8, doesn't want to know.

Not surprised, given the archaic design and functionality behind the all-new spink web site.... (spink still have the best coins though)

I just logged back in to the website to see if things are better.

First impressions ... it's still slooooooooow.

Since the 360 view clearly doesn't show the actual edge (or as far as I can make out, even the actual thickness) of the coin being viewed, I'm not sure how it's anything but a novelty.

OK, the search works better but .. most importantly .. where is all the archive information from previous auctions that presumably still exists somewhere??

Plus, I miss an online coin shop ..
