Apparently an Edward I (York mint)

Definitely not Edward I. Clearer photos are needed to narrow it down but it is a York penny of Edward III.

It can be seen to be a York from what's left of the reverse inscription, I'm presuming?

Will try and get some better pictures...

Yep. CIVI TAS EBO RACI. But the quatrefoil in the centre of the cross is often an indication, too.
