A great experience in my opinion, you can chat if you want, browse anonymously if you prefer and occasionally drool......refreshments used to come around on a trolley or there is the restaurant/cafe in the motorcycle museum..if its still there :)

Prepare for some backache, no chairs so you tend be hunched over whilst browsing..but it is a good day out and occasionally you get to meet a few forum members, I regularly chat to Rob and have also seen Derek (Red Riley) and spotted the rarer Gary D at the last one!! :D

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Whilst a little small compared to London or York it has a great, friendly atmosphere. Whilst I shan't be at the next one I do plan on attending in April.

It is the only fair I go to.After a couple of hours Mrs Peter phones and I'm dragged out before my wallet is fully emptied.

I've never eaten there as I'm usually stuffed from a hotel Breckie in Coventry.Great facilities/loo's etc. :)

It was the only fair I ever went to, but I always enjoyed it. You got to meet the Locketts, Daleys, Beaumonts, Craddocks, Nicholls, Dorsets, Windsors, Carltons et al, chew the fat, inspect goodies unhurriedly, rummage through trays of bargains, and leave with backache, a full bag and empty pockets :) Ah, those were the days!

I went for the first time last June - it was my first coin fair too. Had a great time, easy to get find (always a bonus for me) friendly bunch of people, exhibitors and other browsers alike. Keep meaning to go again. I did think at the time it would've been useful if all fellow forum members wore a badge displaying their avatar then we could introduce one another. :)
