An Edward? Certainly an 'ONS HYB' character. But can't work out the mint at all. Anyone...?

The visible obverse reads DNS HYB +

As for the reverse, my guess would be Durham. CIVI TAS DVN ELM.

On another board, it's been suggested that " the bifoliate side-fleurs on the crown make this very likely group 10 or later (after 1301). The appearance of the two smaller crown ornaments between the fleurs seems very much like group 11 to me, though (~1310-14, so Edward II)"

Would anyone agree with this...?

Edward II penny of Durham under Bishop Kellawe. What there is left of the legend reads CIVI [ ] [ ] ELM with a crozier on the cross end. Don't ask which class.

Thanks! Hadn't picked up on the crozier. Wonderful little detail.
