Coin Purchase On Hold

Recommended Posts

This morning we dropped Mrs Peter's car off at the local garage for a lick of paint :( then I spotted at the back of the garage a 03 plate MGTF 20,000 miles and 98% perfect.

A test drive,kicking of tyres,a haggle and ker....ching it's mine.

My reasoning as I explained to Mrs Peter is that it is always too easy to put things off until tomorrow.

I will have a nice winter toy to play with. :)

Brruuum Brruuum.

Yes I am aware of head gasket, cam belt problems.

Had a very late 51 plate MGF a while ago. Head gasket went. And, with the wrong make tyres on them they are a nightmare in the handling department. Apart from that, perfectly good cars.

:D

I'm a child of the 60's.

I think Mrs Peter realised it was going to be a car or bike.

By spring it will be 100% perfect. :) (We have plenty of space for cars in the garage)

I need to source a hardtop.

My mother can't wait for a spin and is digging out her head scarf and designer sun glasses.

Boys need toys.(I've also got my eye on a table soccer game. :) )
