Just found this George III coin in one of my many jewelery boxes whilst cleaning. Seems to be in pretty good condition, was gifted it a few years back by my grandfather who's an avid coin collector

It will be either a shilling or sixpence with hearts.

It is sterling silver but a very common coin.
