Any idea what this is?

Hi. As you can see i'm kinda new here.. I used to collect coins when I was a kid, basically how this came about was I used to follow these grid cleaners around my home town of Bootle in the 70's and they used to suck up all kinds of old penny's and things and give them to me.. One time they even sucked up an old Enfield .303 unfired cartridge!

Anyway.. I had these 2 coins and always wanted to know what they were to this day.. I've since found out that one is a Welsh payment token as it had the words "payable in liverpool, anglesey and london" - somethign along those lines anyway..

but this coin has always been a bit of mystery to me, I think it could be foreign, the only words I can read on it are:

1914

Souvenir de

WEPKIN

Not an expert, but...i think that alot of German tokens like this got around in 1914, 'Souvenir de' is French...

Wepkin...hmm...not a French or a German word, might be a region somewhere(?)

Hi.....I can't comment on the 1914 coin, but the token from the description is an

Anglesey Penny or halfpenny token...issued between 1787 & 1791. The head side should depict a Druids Head and the reverse side a monogram 'PM Co' for the Parys Mining company. The words 'Payable in Liverpool Anglesey and London' is stamped around the rim as on a £1 coin.....Do a search engine check on 'Anglesey Penny Token' and you will find photographs of the Token.

Yeah like I said I found out the answer to the welsh coin by doing a search on the words liverpool, anglesey and london

But this other one is a mystery....
