Oh, that's the common "woolies" type. Look out for the much rarer "fortnum" variety - slightly longer teeth (but the 'tooth test' is the surest way to be sure - bite the edge of it and you will soon know... ;) )

If you've correctly identified it as a 'Woolies' type, it will probably be a few years old at least.

You'll notice its undated. I'm beginning to think it may be some kind of elaborate fake…...
