Not for many years. But I've bought books from Paul and Benthe more recently. I've found communication good and friendly.

I'd imagine if you had any reservations about a coin once received you could return it .. why not phone and ask them?

I've bought a couple over the years but have bought mainly books from them and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Very friendly and trustworthy people, in my opinion.
