I want a really nice leather coin album, with an attractive spine and a slip case!

I've managed to find a reasonable product by Numis, but it's the slightly bigger album (A4 size - a little wider). I'd ideally like something A5 ish in size (pocket size, but not really), has anyone ever come across such a thing?

Something that holds 6 x 2" coin flips per page would be perfect!

I have always used Duncannon, and have been pleased with their products and service - however I have not tried to find the 6 x 2". I use 12 x 2", so while I can recommend Numis and Duncannon I do not know of the same in 6 x 2" in A5 ish

Not much help I spose, but I would contact Duncannon :)

Andy Jack is selling them for £28 with free post at the minute, which is a bargain. I just don't know about such a large album? I'd never find that farthing again if I put it in there! :)

Why not get a little coin cabinet with four trays or so? If you are going to collect Ed.2 only, you would struggle to fill even that many holes.

An added bonus would be that the wooden cabinet would float if the boat sank. :)

Hah, yes, indeed! :)

Strangely I've never fancied the cabinet thing, not sure why?

Whilst I don't think I shall ever find them in a grade that interests me (not that I'm even going to look for them at the moment), but there are a good number of legend variations, even for the Crown N! ;)

And then there's...

I do think a full-size coin album could be pushing it though?

Fascinating...cabinets have never appealed to me either...I don't even know why :D

I just thought it was me! :)

Anyway, I'm guessing a nice A5 album in leather isn't something that's known?

Oh, well, no worries, I'll just have to expand Edward II in both directions and fill that A4+ bad-boy album with the entire Plantagenet dynasty!

I can handle it! :)

I use the Lighthouse Optima albums which are slightly smaller than A4, when combined with the sleeves for 2x2 flips/paper envelopes they have been fine. The farthings still look a bit lost, but it gives you more room to write all the information down :D

Or plastic made to look like leather would be a more accurate description
