It certainly has some prooflike fields but the OBV seems to have had problems

Adjustment marks, flan flaws and die fill.

Can you explain what an adjustment mark is please rob ?.

The weight of the coin was to heavy so to reduce the weight they adjusted it by shaving Some of the silver off, you can see it on the REV on the lion of Nassau
